He is an outstanding and highly talented dressage star currently competing at the Intermediaire B level. From the very first moment, he impresses with his presence, his first-class conformation featuring an excellent topline, and his tremendous freedom of movement in the shoulders. This licensed Pura Raza Española stallion trains under a professional at the highest level, but is just as comfortable being ridden by young riders and in lessons at advanced levels. We value him for his composure, honesty, and fairness toward less experienced riders. As a teacher, this horse is priceless, for he holds up a mirror to his rider at every single moment.
Particularly noteworthy is his outstanding rideability, which makes every dressage rider’s heart beat faster. He is ridden with precision and has excellent impulsion in the trot, which features a pronounced suspension phase. He has mastered the piaffe and passage to perfection, as well as all lateral movements in every gait, canter pirouettes, and canter changes—including serial changes. In addition, he displays an impressive Spanish walk, natural passage on the lunge, and is also highly trained in groundwork and free work. Last year, he participated in a working equitation course under Eduardo Almeida. He is just as familiar with the working equitation course as he is with work on the garrocha. He was trained on the garrocha in earlier years and ridden with one hand. He clearly takes great pleasure in dancing with flying changes under and along the garrocha, drawing everyone’s attention.

Puskas has passed his basic licensing with a licensing index of over 110 and descends from the very best bloodlines (Yeguada Susaeta, Benitez, Bohorquez). The spitting image of his world-famous sire, the elite stallion “Impaciente II,” our dressage star leaves nothing to be desired.
He gets along perfectly with other horses—including mares—and tends to keep to himself. Of course, he has been dewormed, vaccinated, given a thorough osteopathic checkup, and has been regularly seen by the farrier (currently shod in the front). He is approved for export to the U.S. and has passed all the necessary tests.
Starting this spring of 2026, Puskas will also be available as a stud in Spain!
