A charming all-arounder with a big heart is looking for the love of his life - Location: 27211 Basum Kalle, a handsome Hanoverian gelding born in 2019, is a dark bay charmer standing approximately 167 cm tall who captivates not only with his attractive appearance but, above all, with his wonderful personality. With his large-framed, compact build and friendly demeanor, he’s a real head-turner. Kalle is by Norway De La Lande on his sire’s side and descends from the Lyra F line on his dam’s side. Kalle is an exceptionally lovable, people-oriented, and sociable gelding who quickly wins hearts with his friendly, curious, and open-minded nature. He approaches his surroundings with interest and fearlessness, and in daily interactions, he is patient, honest, and easygoing. He’s always up for a bit of fun and occasionally has a mischievous streak. His charming, sometimes slightly cheeky nature makes him a truly unique character that you simply can’t help but love. Despite his playful side, Kalle is well-mannered, easy to handle, and a pleasure to be around. Under the saddle, too, Kalle is eager to work and versatile. He has solid training in both English and Western riding styles, providing a great foundation for varied riding sessions. He’s also comfortable in the countryside. Kalle is particularly suited for an experienced rider who enjoys building a trusting partnership with their horse and sharing many wonderful moments together. With his pleasant disposition and versatility, he’s a great partner for high-level recreational riding. Kalle currently lives in a group paddock, where he is extremely social and easygoing. He is accustomed to both stall and herd living. He is an uncomplicated and pleasant companion who integrates well into daily stable life. He also shows his best side when it comes to grooming. He is well-behaved at the vet and with the farrier, is easy to shoe and load, and handles handling with ease. His hooves are regularly trimmed, his teeth are checked annually, and, of course, he is regularly vaccinated and dewormed. Since Kalle is flat-tied at the lead, he is not suitable for jumping or hunting rides. He is therefore best suited for advanced recreational riding, where he can be trained and engaged in a way that matches his physical capabilities. We are looking for an experienced, empathetic person for the lovable Kalle—someone who appreciates his wonderful personality and can offer him a loving home. If you’re looking for a handsome, versatile, and people-oriented gelding with a big heart, an honest soul, and a charming touch of mischief, you should definitely get to know Kalle.
