Product Information: ================ Excessive starch intake is currently a major concern in equine nutrition. Grain-based feed rations, in particular, provide high amounts of starch, which can put a strain on a horse’s gastrointestinal tract and overall metabolism. With LEXA’s Green Oat Cobs, we offer a concentrate substitute that is low in starch and sugar. The entire green oat plant is harvested at the end of flowering, gently dried, and pelletized.

Please soak the green oat cobs in a generous amount of water for 30 minutes. For every 1 kg of green oat cobs, use at least twice that amount of water.
