A strikingly handsome Quarter Horse stallion for competition and breeding - Location: 66871 Reichweiler GA Buddy Holly Twist is a buckskin Quarter Horse stallion born in 2021 with a height at the withers of approximately 149 cm. He is a strikingly handsome, expressive stallion who immediately stands out thanks to his unique coat color and his compact, well-proportioned conformation. A real head-turner. He is well-developed, healthy, and 7-panel n/n. His temperament is particularly lovely. Buddy is friendly, people-oriented, and well-behaved. He handles well, but is still a stallion. Buddy is easy to shoe and load and is accustomed to being stabled in a stall with a paddock. He enjoys working, is very eager to learn, and shows great talent for reining. Thanks to his first-class reining pedigree (Twisten Two Step DR x Hollywood Dun It) and his training to date, he is a promising prospect for both competition and breeding. Both parents have been successfully shown. His dam has a lifetime earnings total (LTE) of $25,000. The stallion is ready to show and is well-suited for an ambitious rider in the Non-Pro or Open divisions. He has already achieved his first successes: In the SBH 5 & Under Open, he scored 142.5. At the NRHA Germany Breeders Derby, he advanced to the Open final with a score of 207.5. He also successfully competed in the Open class final at The Bavarian Derby. Buddy has already been used for breeding and has sired three beautiful offspring. He thus offers many of the qualities one would hope for in a young stallion: a great temperament, good genetics, talent, and initial successful experiences in the show ring. He is being sold directly by the breeder. We are looking for a suitable owner for Buddy who appreciates his qualities and would like to continue his career in competition and/or breeding.
