The Bemer is fully functional; may need to replace the paddle or pass through the ABS. - I'm selling my Bemer set here. I bought the blanket secondhand myself, and since I hardly ever use it, I'm passing it on. It shows signs of wear. The set also includes a carrying bag, a charging cable, and the Bemer leg strap. Pickup is preferred, but I can also ship it.
