Sunny – an expressive 5-year-old mare with great potential - It is with a heavy heart that I am looking for a suitable, permanent home for my 5-year-old mare, Sunny, with an experienced horse lover.
Sunny stands about 1.64 m tall, has a sturdy build, and with her very dark, almost black coat, she is an exceptionally beautiful and impressive mare.
She has been ridden and also goes out on trail rides on her own. Out on the trail, she is generally calm and well-behaved. However, Sunny is not a horse for beginners. She can easily be startled by unexpected situations or sudden noises and therefore needs a confident and experienced rider who can provide her with calmness and guidance.
Sunny also shows promising potential for further training. During free jumping, she has already cleared jumps up to about 1.45 m. She is only five years old and, accordingly, not yet fully trained. For someone who enjoys further developing a young horse and growing alongside her, she therefore offers many opportunities. In daily handling, Sunny is pleasant and well-behaved at the farrier’s.
Loading Sunny requires patience when loading. She is currently reluctant to enter the trailer or has difficulty doing so. However, once she is inside, she stands very calmly and reliably. She shows no tendency to jump out, break free, or act up in the trailer. Loading should continue to be practiced with patience and consistent training.
Sunny was bred in Moritzburg; her dam is Sally. She is not registered in the stud book. It is particularly important to me that Sunny not be sold just to anyone. I am looking for an experienced, fair, and consistent horse person who appreciates her strengths, provides her with a sense of security, and is willing to continue her training.

Not for sale to beginners. Finding the right home and someone who will take good care of Sunny in the long term is more important to me than a quick sale.
