Strong character Württemberger thoroughbred mix mare seeks a place of the heart - It is with a heavy heart that I am looking for a new, suitable home for my mare Grace. I have owned her for 11 years and we have grown together, learned a lot and also mastered some challenges. This makes it all the more important for me to find the right person for her. Grace will be 15 years old in April and is a Württemberger thoroughbred-mix mare with a lot of expression, sensitivity and personality. She is a real character horse, sensitive, intelligent and with a strong opinion of her own. She is not a beginner's horse. Grace tests her human, questions and needs clear, calm and consistent leadership. In the past, I often fell off her at first because I didn't understand her properly. We found each other through intensive work, including Parelli horsemanship. This ground work is still extremely important for the mare today. She not only wants to be challenged physically, but also mentally.
Which Grace loves: Ground work and horsemanship Lunging and work in the arena Rides and patrol rides Walks, Variety and mental work. The Württemberger thoroughbred-mix mare is generally not jumpy and does a lot. Nevertheless, she can have her "five minutes" in which she tests or even makes a small bucking jump. She therefore belongs in experienced hands. Due to ossifications in both front hooves, she is not suitable for show jumping. No impairment. She is not a classic sport horse for show jumping or ambitious dressage, but a wonderful leisure horse for someone who appreciates fine work with a sensitive horse. The mare is also very fond of children.
Grace needs: Open stable or loose stable with plenty of exercise. Varied, regular activity A person with time, patience and horse sense. A long-term home with a heart. Unfortunately, I can no longer do her justice (more on this in person). Despite a great riding partner, it's not enough. I have been struggling with this decision for over a year, but I want to act for her while she is at the best age so that she can find her heart's place.
