Sprit - Great cruzado mare looking for a great home - It is with a heavy heart that we have to find a great new home for our fine Cruzado mare Spirit. She is very fine and polite to handle, rather cautious but still curious and interested. Although she was not ridden with us but mainly worked from the ground, in Spain she competed in ring riding competitions and has therefore enjoyed good training, which is very noticeable when handling her.
It takes her a while to gain confidence, but once she does she is a horse for all occasions, absolutely safe on the road and very compatible with other horses. We keep her with our mare in an open stable with daily paddock access and she works well from the very first second without any problems. She was switched to bare hooves and is getting on really well. She is also very well-behaved with the hoof trimmer.
Spirit is 1.55 m tall and we are selling her as a leisure horse or as a side-horse.
