Sensitive German riding horse mare looking for an experienced home - Location: 18230 Ostseebad Rerik Idola is a bay German riding horse mare born in 2019 with a height of approx. 157 cm. She is pretty, compactly built and healthy. Idola's character is very sensitive and people-oriented, a little timid, but always well-behaved and loves children. Due to a hormonal problem, she sometimes shows increased sensitivity during heat. In the past, she had a paddock accident with a flesh wound, which has healed completely and no longer causes any problems. Idola is used to being kept in a stall, in the pasture and in an open stable in summer and is used to being kept in a herd. She is well-behaved at the farrier and vet, but needs a little persuasion when being loaded. The mare is broken in, knows trotting poles and small jumps, is very willing to learn ground work and also goes off-road. She is still very tense under saddle and needs a calm, confident rider who can instill confidence and security in her. Idola is willing to learn and wants to develop further, but needs time and patience to do so. The mare is not a beginner's horse and is looking for an experienced person, ideally with experience in dealing with sensitive horses or thoroughbreds. As she and her current rider are not compatible, she will only be passed on to good, experienced hands. Once she has found her owner, she will develop into a great partner horse.
