Riding lessons with fine aids - Individual riding lessons for adult (re)beginners!
Did you ride when you were young and then stopped for a while? Or have you always wanted to learn to ride? Adult riding students learn differently to children and teenagers, as on the one hand they have a head start in terms of experience and are more cautious and on the other hand are usually no longer as flexible and supple in their movements as very young people. Adults often first have to understand the processes before they can implement them. Perhaps you are even a little (or more) anxious and insecure and fear losing control?
All of this is taken into account in my individual riding lessons. I am a licensed FN trainer C and B with various additional qualifications such as riding as a health sport (FN and DOSB licensed), OsteoConceptCoach (which takes into account the personal physical limitations of rider and horse) as well as further training specifically for adult (re)beginners.
Anxious riders benefit from my calm manner and a variety of solutions for relaxed riding. Due to my many years of experience (> 30 years) as a riding and horse trainer and horse behavior therapist, the carefully trained and individually selected training horses I use and my special training concept, I can also guide very anxious riders to more relaxation and thus enjoyable riding. Depending on the degree of anxiety, we start on the ground and slowly work our way up according to the individual pace of the student.
But anyone who "simply" wants to refresh their frozen riding skills is also very welcome. You will be amazed at how much your body has retained and how quickly you can get back into the "riding feeling".
