pony or horse wanted urgently

hello all
i am in need of a horse or tall pony that is fast that can run and jump and is confident.I will need them to be strong also. They have to be at least 14.2-15 hh and they will be used for companie pony or horse and will be able to be riden whether on a jolly hack , hoys or at the gallops for jockey tranning.yet they must be below 1500 price ,they will go to a good home here and will get spoiled rotten and get all affection the world can give
