The property covers 5,000 m². The stable is 200 m² and serves as an open stable during the day. At night, 6x3-meter stalls are available. There are various paddock areas. I have an outdoor riding arena measuring approximately 22x18m with wood chips and an indoor arena with sand measuring 20x10m. Both areas are always open to the horses and are frequently used for rooting around. Hay is provided several times a day, and stalls are mucked out several times a day as well. The horses (and cats, too) are part of our family. Someone is always on site. Putting on and taking off blankets, as well as adjusting fly masks, can all be taken care of. It would be wonderful if we could have fun together with the horses, whether it’s doing ground work, riding, going for a leisurely trail ride, or taking a walk… I’m 38 and young at heart, and my mare is 27 and still full of youthful energy.
