Open stable wanted for lease or purchase / Austria - Hello dear community,
Maybe I'll be lucky and find open ears and the right offer:
I am looking for an open stable for long-term lease or purchase in Austria (region, doesn't matter) for my five miniature donkeys, two horses, five alpacas and, in the medium term, goats. As it is not easy to find a suitable stable environment for these animals, I would like to have long-term security and buy something or take out a reliable and binding long-term lease. I'm moving from Germany to Austria because it's my heart's desire and I'm now looking for an area of my own that I want and need to manage due to the different needs of the animals.
So if anyone would like to sell a furnished open stable or has pasture land to give away or would like to lease long-term, I would be very happy to hear from you. I have been a self-caterer for ten years and am familiar with all the work, bring fencing and equipment with me and would also take care of the pasture hut and shelter myself. It would only be important to me that there is already an existing sand paddock, as the donkeys have to live grass-free in any case.
Please feel free to share and ask around, as I am grateful for any advice. I know that this search is like looking for a needle in a haystack, but I don't want to give up on my heart's desire.
