Liebenthal wild horse, yearling gray dun Grullo - For sale is Milli, a Liebenthal mare with typical wild horse markings. Milli was born on 30.3.25. She is growing up in a herd and free-range environment on herb-rich pastures. She is courageous and yet relaxed (I have already trimmed her hooves with Flex). She will be a pony that goes through thick and thin with her favorite person. She could certainly be used as a therapy horse, for trail rides or riding games. Estimated to be 1.42 approx. Only in horse company and to buyers with young horse experience or assurance of a training place. Young horses do not belong in the hands of children or amateurs! More and newer pictures and videos on request. In the pictures the portrait is her sire, the pictures are from last summer and fall, the first one from December.
Training level: cooperative, attentive in ground work, gives hooves and is halter trained.
What are Liebenthaler wild horses? The aim of this breed was to breed back a Nordic type of origin. Przewalskis, the "real" wild horses, have exactly the same conformation that we know from cave drawings. They have been crossed again and again - otherwise the breed consists of Konik, Norwegian and Icelandic genes. These robust breeds defy all weathers, are easy to feed and frugal. The Liebenthaler combines all the wonderful breed characteristics and has a sunny disposition and absolutely friendly nature.
