Jet-black 7-year-old gelding seeks a 5* home - For sale is my beautiful, jet-black, and well-preserved 7-year-old Hanoverian gelding, “Da Capo” (D’Olympus x Espri), with a height of approximately 176 cm.
He has a healthy drive, has already been shown in competitions, and gets along well with other horses. He currently spends his days in the pasture with a mare and a yearling filly and is stabled at night. He has been out on trail rides both in pairs and alone. He is currently at the A-level with promising signs of progress toward the L-level.
He has been actively under saddle again for about six months and offers the opportunity to continue training him and take the next step together.
He has a chip in his left fetlock joint, which has not affected him so far and, according to my veterinarian, does not need to be removed. He also has an injury to his right cannon bone dating back to when he was a foal, which is merely a cosmetic issue. Current X-rays are available for this. Current images of the cervical spine are also available. A complete veterinary checkup from late 2022 (25 images) is on file. Surgical insurance is in place.
A fee of €35 is charged for each trial ride.
I hope he finds a wonderful home where he is cherished, so a good home is more important than price: 14,000 (negotiable).
