Friendly Quarab gelding seeks caring owners - Location: 31595 Steyerberg Chico is a strikingly handsome Quarab (Arabian part-bred) gelding, born in May 2019, standing approximately 153 cm tall and buckskin in color. He’s on the slender side, correctly built, healthy, barefoot, vaccinated, and dewormed, and he’s well-behaved with the farrier. In terms of personality, Chico is simply a sweet, friendly guy. He’s very people-oriented, lively, and curious, and he’s new things with an open mind and curiosity. He’s well-behaved and pleasant to handle and enjoys learning new things. Chico was deliberately broken in late and gently and received professional guidance in basic Western training. He’s also familiar with working on the lunge and on the double lunge. Since he is still at the beginning of his training, he is not strictly a beginner’s horse. He is looking for someone who will continue to give him the time he needs and who enjoys patiently and fairly developing a young horse. Where this journey will ultimately lead is completely open. Chico is generally open to various disciplines of riding. He is accustomed to a stall with a paddock and pasture and gets along well in a herd. He is currently living without any issues in a large herd of geldings. Since the owner unfortunately lacks the time needed to continue developing Chico as he deserves, he is looking for a suitable partner. A home where people enjoy working with a young horse, give him time, and approach his further training with calm, patience, and fairness
