Equitron / Omnitron – Taking over a lease without an additional buyout fee - I am selling my Equitron / Omnitron due to time constraints. Since I work as an animal therapist only part-time, I unfortunately don’t have the time to use the device regularly. That’s why I’d like to pass it on to someone who will use it more often.
The device is equipped for use on horses, dogs, and humans. A viewing and demonstration are possible by appointment in Mülheim an der Ruhr.
No additional payment to me: The transfer is contingent solely on the assumption of the current lease agreement with Archimedes Leasing. The listed price corresponds to the monthly lease payment (exactly €509.36 gross), not a purchase price. No additional payment to me.
The monthly lease payment is: €428.03 net plus 19% VAT = €509.36 gross.
According to the provided payment schedule, the lease payments are scheduled through August 2028. If the contract is taken over on November 1, 2026, there would still be 22 monthly payments remaining.
The contract transfer is subject to the lessor’s approval. The exact number of remaining payments, any transfer fees, and the terms at the end of the contract will be clarified with Archimedes Leasing prior to the transfer.
