Dressage horse with quality - young gelding from a top line - For health reasons on my part, I am unfortunately unable to support my lovely gelding "Socke" as he deserves. I am therefore looking for a suitable home for him with experienced people where he can continue to grow.
Socke is an Oldenburg gelding born in 2021, approx. 168 cm tall - a son of Dancier Gold out of a Foundation dam.
Socke not only impresses with his excellent pedigree and modern conformation, but above all with his lovable character and intelligent nature. He has three good basic gaits.
Training level:
Socke was gently broken in at the beginning of the year and has always been cooperative, strong-nerved and willing to learn. As is usual with many young horses, he is currently taking a short break under saddle, but continues to be lunged regularly and given a good workout with cavaletti and free jumping.
As a young 4-year-old, he already walks calmly and reliably in groups in the field and is calm and sociable.
As I am not a rider for young horses myself, I am looking for a partner for him who can continue his training and develop his full potential. Socke has the best prerequisites for this: He has the right character, movement and attitude.
Character & handling:
Socke is a real treasure in daily handling - sweet, people-oriented, calm and clear-headed.
No naughtiness, well-behaved in handling and at the farrier. He is regularly wormed, vaccinated (including basic immunization against West Nile virus) and has had dental care (last treatment in March 2025).
Socke has always been healthy and has no health problems. A good TÜV is available.
A complete purchase examination (AKU) can be carried out at the request and expense of the interested party.
