Chestnut colt - I am selling my colt, who can be weaned in early December. He has a lively, curious personality and is very people-oriented. He is bay with a black mane and has a white star, as well as white markings on all four legs, which aren’t very visible in the photos because he’s still in his foal coat. Both the dam and the sire are Slovenian Coldbloods (Slovenski hladnokrvni konj). Both parents and the foal are very people-oriented, and the foal is accustomed to children and interacting with people. In two weeks, the mother and foal will come from the alpine pasture to our stable. Here, the little guy will learn the basics of foal care and get used to interacting with dogs, sheep, and other farm animals.
Visits will be possible starting in early October.
The mother mare is a brown piebald and is used for animal-assisted therapy and riding; she has an exceptionally good-natured temperament. The two photos in the ad show the mare. The stallion is very friendly toward people but is not stabled here with us.
The mare stands 150 cm tall, and the stallion stands 160 cm tall.
The foal will, of course, have an equine passport when he leaves, and he will not be sold to a dealer. There is also the option to keep him at our stable (indoor arena available) for further rearing until he is one year old.
