Charming Hungarian mare is looking for an experienced lover - It is with a heavy heart that I am looking for a new, suitable home for my mare Quenny.
Quenny is a 10-year-old Hungarian mare in her prime with a height of approx. 1.59 m (according to her passport). She was imported from Hungary in 2023 and came to Germany in foal. Her foal was successfully weaned in November 2025.
According to her previous owner, Quenny has already been ridden. Due to her pedigree and correct conformation, she is certainly also a good prospect as a broodmare.
Quenny is a truly enchanting, sensitive mare who is still looking for her human - someone who will give her time, understand her and guide her lovingly.
I am giving Quenny away because she is my first own horse and I have realized that I lack the necessary experience to become the team with her that she deserves. It is really important to me that Quenny goes into experienced hands. In her past, she has probably been allowed to assert her will more than once, which is why she needs someone who can give her clear, fair boundaries with calm, consistency and empathy.
Quenny is not angry or aggressive towards people, she just needs some time to build up trust. Once you have won her heart, she is a very fine and lovable mare.
