The blanket is in almost new condition. I used it on my mare for a good handful of days last winter when it was very cold. However, she sweated under it, which is why I’m selling it now.
I bought it for €239 and recently had it cleaned and waterproofed (€22).
The Velcro closure is clean and free of horse hair. The inner lining was dehaired again after washing.
Since the blankets had to be labeled at the stable, my mare’s name is written on the inside of the tail flap—discreetly and not visible from the outside (see photo).
The tail strap (see photo) is unused. If it is not needed, the price of the blanket is reduced by €5.
According to the manufacturer’s specifications, the blanket’s comfort range is between -15°C and +14°C. Thanks to the fleece lining, the blanket can also be used as a cooling blanket.
• Outer material: ballistic 1680 D nylon • Waterproof (> 5,000 mm water column) and breathable • Heat-reflective aluminum inner coating • “Stay-Dry” inner lining • Shoulder/withers area with “Silk-Feel” inner lining, shoulder pleats • “Click’n Go” system with “Magnetic Snap-lock” closure • Adjustable cross-saddle straps, deluxe tail strap • Tail flap with reflective strips • Velcro fastener for neck section • Compatible with underblankets
The blanket can be picked up in 10825 Schöneberg or 14974 Wietstock / Ludwigsfelde.
