My work is tailored to the internal structures such as tendons and ligaments. That is why I do not work the hoof into an ideal shape or shorten it to an extreme degree. The aim of my treatment is to ensure that it does not lose its optimum shape in the first place.
In today's world, optimal and healthy hooves are not the norm. As a rule, hooves are out of shape, recognizable by cracks, fissures, red discoloration in the horn and levers, just to name a few of the negative conditions.
The aim of my regular treatment is to restore an out-of-shape hoof to its ideal shape as quickly as possible. Through targeted manipulation, negative processes (such as leverage, heavily overloaded sides, etc.) are transformed with the help of abrasion and the regrowing horn.
It is also important that regular treatment takes place at the intervals required for the respective hoof situation. Experience has shown that four-week treatment intervals lead to the desired result.
