We are offering a very special young lady from our Morgan breeding program: Our purebred American Morgan mare, born on October 27, 2025, is a real gem - both in terms of her character and her origins.
The American Morgan Horse is one of the oldest and noblest horse breeds in North America. Known for its versatility, stamina, intelligence and people-oriented nature, the Morgan is considered the "all-round horse" par excellence - whether under saddle, in the field, in front of a carriage or in breeding. Morgans are powerfully built, elegant in movement, with a strong foundation and a clear head. They are characterized by their balanced character, courage and unwavering loyalty to humans - a breed that inspires hearts and minds in equal measure.
Our young mare is growing up 100% purebred in an intact herd structure - together with stallion, mares and foals, which gives her stable social behavior and healthy self-confidence. She already shows an extraordinary affinity with people, is very trusting, curious, cuddly and meets new things with great interest and composure. In the meadow she is lively and full of energy - a real eye-catcher with lots of charisma!
Color & Pedigree
Her color is currently still in development - she will probably develop into a buckskin or grullo. - Dam: a beautiful, typey black mare, very affectionate, cuddly, willing to learn and hard-working. - Sire: a dark grullo stallion who impresses with his intelligence, strength, absolute calmness and closeness to people - fearless and charismatic in a way that is rarely found.
This combination promises a foal with great potential - for leisure, show and breeding.
Our mare will be available from May 2026 at the earliest. Until then, she can grow up in her herd and be visited regularly to build up a basis of trust between her and her future owner.
We will only pass her on to the best hands and species-appropriate open stabling - a family-like, horse-friendly environment is particularly important to us.
