A Small Horse with a Big Heart Is Looking for Someone to Feed Him Carrots - Despite being only 6 years old, Romy is a truly dependable horse. She goes out on trail rides reliably, both alone and in a group. Even with inexperienced riders and nervous companion horses, she remains calm and doesn’t let their behavior affect her. She’s also used to being out and about in unfamiliar terrain.
The only thing I haven’t been able to get her excited about yet is groundwork and arena work. But I think that just requires a little more motivation from the rider.
She’s easygoing and sweet to handle; she’ll load up anytime, anywhere. She’ll go over, through, and under anything with you. She’s well-behaved at the farrier—she offers all her hooves willingly and is familiar with the flex when being trimmed. Overall, she’s very brave and well-balanced. You could also call her spirited—she’s too lazy to bolt😅
