14-year-old Oldenburg mare - place before prize - For some time now, I've been thinking about finding a new home for my 14-year-old Oldenburg mare. It's not an emergency sale and nothing that has to happen urgently. I will only give her away if everything really fits and I have a 100% good feeling about her.
Unfortunately, my work means that I can only see her 1-2 times a week at the moment. That's just not fair for a horse like her in the long term. She needs a constant caregiver and regular activity (approx. 4-5 times a week) in order to be balanced and happy. If I had my way, she would stay with me.
She is a sensitive, fine, approx. 1.69 m tall mare with three very nice gaits, expression and a pleasant forward movement. She has a bit of go, but always remains manageable and honest - she is not a horse that puts you down or is unfair. Nevertheless, she is not a beginner's horse, but more suitable for an experienced person at A or L level who no longer has any competition ambitions, but enjoys fine, gymnastic work and genuine partnership.
She has not competed in classical equestrian sport, but she has competed in vaulting and lunging competitions and took part in the vaulting training camp with the children. She is very sweet, well-behaved and people-oriented.
She currently has a lot of exercise (outside during the day, paddock box at night).
