The stirrup straps are reduced to a single strap in length—this makes them very lightweight, less bulky, and prevents pinching.
The stirrup leathers are simply hooked into the stirrup loops at the top of the saddle. The length is adjusted at the bottom. This makes adjusting the stirrup leather length from the saddle easier and safer, since the leg can remain resting against the saddle flap.
Tear-resistant nylon is incorporated here to prevent warping. To avoid pressure from a bulge against the rider’s thigh, the straps are not covered with leather beneath the saddle flap.
The visible lower metal T-piece is covered with a small leather slider.
No buckle in the area of the horse’s back.
