sweat rug with neck piece - Sell a used sweat rug with neck part, I bought it used myself . Unfortunately does not fit . There are a few hairs on the Velcro but it still holds. Velcro on the neck part, and on the chest on the chest plus buckles. No tears or holes, top condition Color blue with brown Shipping possible
