The pretty Lóa presents herself with a great five-speed transmission, a lot of uprightness and great movements.
Since day 1 she has been showing a lot of relaxed tölt and a super uphill canter with great scope. From time to time you can already see her trot and she has also tried out her first race paces.
Her very correct, harmonious conformation with long legs makes it easy for her to balance herself well and already show a lot of speed in all gaits.
Her character is sweet as sugar with her curious as well as polite and gentle nature.
Lóa's sire Eyður fra Halakoti is a very tall (1.46m), highly tested (total 8.15) son of the legendary Álfasteinn frá Selfossi. Eyður is also a real treasure in terms of character! Absolutely decent, without stallion manners, super willing to perform and always pleasant to ride. I was particularly impressed by his super easy to ride tölt, which can be ridden at high speed without any problems.
Lóa's dam Léttlynd vom Grafenbuch was bred by myself, she is a four-year-old daughter of Hjörvar vom Kreiswald. Hjörvar himself is also FIZO-certified as a four-gaited horse with consistently good gaits and competed very successfully at shows for many years up to the German Championships. On her dam's side she descends from my Eyvinur vom Vindstadir.
I see Lóa as a great riding horse with all possibilities as well as a potential broodmare.
Lóa is completely fit, she and her mother receive the best care and are kept in a large herd with other foals in extensive pastures or in an open stable. As a foal, Lóa will learn all the things of everyday life and will be trailered several times (moving to pasture) and will of course be thoroughly wormed and groomed. Lóa could also grow up with us, as we offer breeding places.
