On behalf of a client, we are looking for a high-quality finca or equestrian property to rent or lease, preferably in the Valencia or Alicante region, alternatively also above Barcelona or the Spain-Portugal border area.
We are looking for a well-kept facility with a main house, guest house, staff accommodation as well as approval and infrastructure for at least 20 horses, spacious boxes (approx. 3.5 x 3.5 m or larger), paddocks, fenced land and, if possible, existing stable technology and agricultural equipment.
Very good infrastructure, proximity to an international airport, medical care and location in an upmarket region are important.
It is also possible to take on individual horses, livery horses or experienced staff.
Long-term, private use with focus on foal rearing and riding. Purchase option possible, but not currently planned.
