In a saddle of this type, “Spring Tree Flexible Points” refers to a tree design in which the front ends of the tree (“points”) are flexible or spring-like.
This allows them to move slightly with the horse’s movements rather than resting completely rigidly. This is primarily intended to reduce pressure points behind the shoulder blade, give the shoulder more freedom of movement, and improve the saddle’s adaptation to the movement of the horse’s back.
