We are looking for a loving home for our handsome German Riding Pony gelding, where he can continue his great development.
At 6 years old, he is still at the beginning of his training and is therefore new to the sport, but is already proving to be a talented young pony who is eager to learn.
He is extremely people-oriented and has a friendly, open nature. He is well-behaved and uncomplicated when being groomed, saddled, bridled or at the farrier. He is also always polite and pleasant to deal with on a daily basis.
He is sweet and motivated under saddle. He learns very quickly, always wants to please and remains calm even when he doesn't understand something - no bucking, no mounting. He has a pleasant amount of go without becoming hectic or difficult. With his beautiful, comfortable gaits, he has a lot of potential for further training. His stature covers him very well (rider 1.60 m and just under 60 kg). He is also super well-behaved in all gaits in the field, is relaxed and not jumpy. If something does startle him, he only flinches briefly and simply stops. He knows dogs, bicycles, cars and the like and none of this is a problem for him. You can simply relax on him.
He is super social and uncomplicated in the herd, gets on well with other horses and is always friendly when being handled.
A great young pony who impresses with his attitude, his good basic requirements and his sweet nature - ideal for someone who wants to train and encourage a young pony themselves.
