Great Haflinger mare - Hello, It is with a heavy heart that I am parting with my Haflinger mare. I bought her when I was 18 and realized over time that riding as a hobby no longer fulfilled me.
Daja was born on 21.04.2011 and is therefore in her prime. She is about 1.55m tall. She loves all forms of work, whether on the ground, on the lunge or under saddle. With her previous owner, she ran alongside a carriage, but was never harnessed.
She is not a beginner's horse as she is a typical pony and mare and likes to do a few happy humps here and there when cantering. At the farrier, she often pulls her front leg forward, but otherwise loves to be groomed and have her hooves scraped. She even lifts her legs herself and offers herself up.
She needs someone who has a lot of time to spend with her. I would also like her to be kept in an open stable, as keeping her in a box is absolutely out of the question for her.
She has been together with shetties, tinkers and large horses. She knows dogs, cats, tractors, chainsaws and much more that you come across or hear in the countryside.
You can also buy a suitable saddle (owned for a year, adjusted again six months ago), snaffle and much more. I rode her with a western saddle at the beginning and finally with an eventing saddle, so she knows both.
She is a pony to fall in love with. Place before price
