Dressage saddle Euroriding Romulus 17.5 wide - Giving this brand new dressage saddle from Euroriding. Bought it new last year and just put it on. Before it was properly fitted my pony got injured and had to sit out for over 6 months and now it no longer fits. The Romulus has a very high quality finish as it is made of doubled calfskin and has beautiful contrast stitching. It really is incredibly comfortable and has large but not constricting pommels. Euroriding describes it as being designed specifically for short modern horse types and it really is short. The topline should be rather straight or slightly rising and the back itself not round but rather trapezoidal. The chamber width is preset to wide, but can be adjusted cold quite easily.
He was not yet padded and only a few times to try on the horse. This showed that he fits really well on modern types, as described. A wide shoulder or high instep are no problem.
