charming young Icelandic gelding with lots of hair - Hördur is a friendly gelding who is very attached to people and enjoys being cuddled and spending time with his human. Hördur has been broken in, but is still at the beginning of his training. Hördur was completely problem-free from the very beginning. He is very willing to learn and responds finely to all the rider's aids. His temperament is in the medium range, he moves forward diligently without becoming too fast. At the moment he doesn't have that much stamina, he still lacks a bit of routine. Hördur is a 5 gaited horse. The gaits are already well separated, the tölt is rhythmically clear, with good uprightness and beautiful mechanics. The trot is ground covering and springy. The canter is, due to his strong pass predisposition, still a little bit walked but still has room for improvement. Hördur has a very promising passability, which we have not yet developed further due to his age, but which could be of interest to riders with sporting ambitions. All in all, Hördur is a really handsome youngster who impresses with his great longhair and beautiful color and, of course, his very own charm. Hördur is used to riding in the arena, on the oval track and in the field. He can be ridden alone or in a group anywhere without any problems. Due to his young age, we would like to find an experienced rider for Hördur who would like to continue his training and develop his talents.
