Athletic Noriker Mare - Lina is a Noriker mare born in 2020 with a height at the withers of approximately 164 cm. She is a sweet, playful, and completely calm horse. Lina loves to move and enjoys being kept active both physically and mentally. Training
In dressage, Lina is trained up to Class A. In 2024, she secured the title of Carinthian Noriker State Champion in dressage and also placed 4th at the National Championships. She will once again compete in the National Championships this year.
In show jumping, Lina is trained up to Class L (95 cm). In training, she clears 95 cm with ease; at competitions, she has so far been entered in classes up to 80 cm. In 2026, she and I secured the Carinthian Noriker State Championship title in show jumping. She will also compete at the National Championships at the end of August.
Great emphasis was also placed on eventing during her training. That’s why she made her debut in an E-level eventing competition this year and immediately finished in 2nd place.
Lina was already ridden by her previous owners and placed third out of about 25 horses in the riding horse class.
With a score of 7.64, she was entered into the mare stud book, and given her quality, she is certainly also ideally suited for breeding.
Lina is accustomed to regular training away from home and always remains completely calm and composed—she is by far one of the calmest horses I have ever had the pleasure of meeting.
Health
There are no known illnesses or injuries. Lina is currently shod on both feet, though this is by no means necessary, as she also moves without any issues when barefoot.
Handling
Lina has been ridden by both beginners and experienced riders here and has always proven to be well-behaved, motivated, and reliable. However, due to her young age, she will not be sold to a complete beginner. We believe she would be ideal for an experienced recreational rider or an ambitious competition rider who wants to further develop her potential and can get started with her right away.
